A San Francisco artist who goes by the name Ben Venom has come up with an unusual use for those old heavy metal shirts — he sews them into quilts.
I appreciate the effort but I really, really don’t get the vogue for babies and skulls. I’m no reindeer sweater proponent, but I’d like to dwell in the land of trucks and dinosaurs until my son is at least 7.
